I love life and business coaching for a variety of reasons. One is that it gives persons the opportunity to re frame many challenges in their lives.It also can provide new learning and opportunities to grow in confidence, and to experience their ability to control certain situations by adding new strategies and goals. There is also the benefit I receive in the process, because it never fails to happen that I am also positively changed in the dialogue.I am convinced that this process has enormous value, and my fondest hope is that it will become more readily available to everyone.
