One of the most powerful backbones to changing anything in our lives is the level of dissatisfaction that we experience. Change occurs whenever the level of pain ,discomfort or pleasure allows us to look at alternatives. This phenomenon supports the value of goal setting because it makes us aware that we are not satisfied with the status quo.If you examine any significant change in your life you will see some level of dissatisfaction which promoted action because you no longer could tolerate something We change where we live or where we work because we are dissatisfied.. Conscious dissatisfaction can be positive in the sense that you are dissatisfied with a relationship and see it becoming more fulfilling if you alter your part.You see and sense that it could be better if you were more open and giving,or more honest about your feelings and.needs..
