My parents Frances and Sal were”Show Up”people. They were always the first on the scene when anyone in their circle needed them.They never felt that distance or inconvenience prevented them from helping and caring for others. I received many Christmas presents from them through the years, but none greater than the modeling of caring for others.My life is always enriched when I become a “Show Up’ person and service to others is the way to purpose,passion and making a difference.My parents are gone physically ,but the gift they gave continues to be one that fills my heart through the year.
