Thirty Days

Thirty days has September ,June and November and so does the goal setting cycle. It takes a full thirty days for your brain to substitute new information and replace an old habit.Also if you break the cycle anywhere in the thirty day period you go back to zero. The encouraging news is that you can replace a habit that no longer works in only thirty days. Even better news is that the opportunity bus comes hundreds of times each day so get on the bus and take a thirty day ride.
