Hope to finish the Berlin proposal this week and have decided that my topic for research will be the relationship between Christianity and the Holocaust.I have been stunned while doing research for both novels how the Jews have been the object of persecution almost from the beginning by official church policies. This wealth of academic data has literally never made it’s way to the ordinary Jewish .and Christian communities and has been explored primarily by scholars. It is my intention to make this the main theme for the third novel, and to propose that at the Center I would write this book as well as develop a series of presentations and short videos exploring the past and proposing future implications for change..
